This presentation offers an overview of new types of collective self-consumption projects: residential, tertiary, agricultural, multi-site, and regional. INES and Hubwatt will analyze the needs associated with each segment—upstream studies, sizing, energy management, the role of the PMO, energy distribution, billing, and digital tools—to understand how to structure viable, reproducible, and scalable projects.
