Agrivoltaics: Sharing value to build territorial acceptance

Description
Value sharing is a key driver of the acceptability of agrivoltaic projects, but it is not enough on its own. The quality of the agricultural project, the involvement of farmers, and local roots are just as important. While the APER law has established a framework for agricultural-PV synergy, the question of project distribution and planning remains largely open. In a context of scarce resources, the challenge now is to give regions the tools to organize and support coherent agrivoltaic development, rather than simply enduring or blocking it.
